چکیده

This article presents the dynamic modeling and analysis of an electric motor with integrated magnetic spring (EMMS) when it is coupled to a weaving loom application. The EMMS can provide majority part oscillating load in passive way by spring. provides average torque remaining active way. reduces energy consumption. To create accurate model for EMMS, lookup tables are generated from finite-element model. Further, 4-bar linkage mechanism employed emulate behavior shedding real Eventually, whole system was created Matlab environment. Moreover, complete experimental setup constructed validate effectiveness proposed behavior. It shown that effectively predicts performance system. Besides, proved reduce consumption amount reduction depends on designed For considered application, reach 57%.
